Alert Details

We are aware of the outage impacting our members in our southern Collin County territory. This outage has been caused by a vehicle that went through a pole and broke it, knocking Oncor's line on top of ours and we are working with their crews to separate the two utilities. Power has been restored to some areas and we are working as safely and quickly as possible to find an alternate route for power until all power can be restored and the pole can be replaced.
