11:15 A.M. - All power has restored with the exception of a few members. Our crews will stay on site and working until all power is restored.

10:39 A.M. - Our crews are on site and have found the outage. Another provider has had their wire come down and is laying across GCEC lines. The other provider must remove their lines so we may safely restore power. We thank you for your patience as our crews work safely and quicky to restore all power.

10:10 A.M. - We are aware of approximately 2,000 members without power in Southern Collin County. We have crews assigned and will work as safely and quickly as possible and we appreciate your understanding.
